Oblique & Blue Moon Café

Hi Everyone!

A few lovely updates for you! First of all, thanks to everyone who has been following us on Twitter! It’s good to get such a good following (pun not intended) around this exciting event. If you haven’t already, find us @romseyartfest and follow us for more updates!

Two new exciting events to add to your diary, first one is a night of theatre and cabaret brought by the mental health charity Lifecraft. This will be held at The Black Cat Café on the 3rd of august at 11am as part of the Blue Moon Café, the project is run by Mrs Saltbrigg. She cares for all her customers, goths, dreamers, poets, the despairing, and proper bohemian artists. Music, poetry, performance and visual arts based around an important issue that affects people in their everyday lives.

Secondly, another very exciting event based around Community! You might have heard about the Wear it, Share it, Love it community or seen them recently at the Norfolk Street Party with their fantastic makeover booth. They will be joining us at the Romsey Art Festival on the 3rd of August outside the Cambridge Art Salon on Cromwell Road. Bring all your unwanted clothes and be part of a new exciting way to recycle your clothes!

For all the info click on the events page, or follow us on Facebook and Twitter.

We are also looking for some stewards to help us with the running of the event and the workshops, if you are interested in our event and would like to be part of something truly exciting and unique check out our get involved page for all the information. Email me if you want to take part!

Take care!
