STEWARDS &
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED
We are
currently looking for stewards for the first ever Romsey Art Festival which
will take place from 3rd August – 17th August.
Stewards
are essential to the smooth running of the festival and ensure that audiences
fully enjoy the festival experience. Stewards’ tasks may include setting up
venues, supporting the participants directing audiences, collecting audience
evaluation forms, and keeping venues tidy.
If you
would like to help us out by stewarding at the festival, please reply to this
email stating which of the sessions below you will be able to attend.
In
addition to stewarding, we are always looking for help with distributing
programmes and displaying posters in the lead up to the festival. If you are
able to help by getting programmes out or putting a poster up on a notice board
or in a window, please let us know about that too.
We really
appreciate any help that you can offer to make this year’s festival our biggest
success yet!

events are taking place between the 3rd and 17th of
August, they are still being confirmed as we speak. However our confirmed events are as follow:

Workshop – 12- 3pm – The Junction
Swop and
Roll – 2-4pm – Cambridge Art Salon
Tuesday 6th August

& Draw: Collabradoodle – 7-9pm – Hot Numbers
Independent
Cambridge talk – 6:30pm – Urban Larder
Wednesday 7th August
Community
Lover’s Guide To Cambridge: Meet up – 7-9pm – CB1 Café
